- 1l of boiled water;
- 3 tbsp. of flax-seed.
How to prepare it: at night, take a thermos (or any other container) and place 3 tbsp. of flaxseed into it. Add the boiled water. You can consume it in the morning. Take 3-4 cups before each meal for 10 days in a row. Make a pause for 10 days, and then continue consuming it again.
