The oldest way to clean the teeth is by oil pulling. This method was used for centuries and is a natural way to clean the teeth and whiten them too, also make the gums healthy and remove bad bacteria in the mouth.

The method is easy and simple. Just get a few tsps. coconut, olive or sesame oil. Swish this in the mouth for 20 min and spit it out. Do this in the morning before the breakfast for better results. For serious dental issues, do it before every meal.
