After this period of 3 months passed the two groups got completely different results. The group that included yogurt with cumin in their diet had lost about 14kg, while the second one lost below 4 kg. This means that the first group lost 14.64% more fat than the second group. Cumin is the best spice that you could include in your diet it boosts metabolism and contains phytosterols which regulates the bad cholesterol levels in the blood.
