Very common cardiovascular condition that affects people of all ages is high blood pressure or hypertension.

Great number, actually more than 40% of adults – over 25 years of age are victims of these conditions. Mayo Clinic finds this condition occurs when blood passes through the arterial walls with bigger force by causing some health issues, such as heart disease. This means, more blood the heart pumps and narrows the arteries, higher the blood pressure is.

Ingredients needed

  • 1 cucumber;  3 garlic cloves; ½ -1 tablespoon AppleCVinegar
  • A few spoonfuls of water

Preparation:

  • Slice the cucumber nicely,then peel and crush garlic. Put ingredients into a large glass bowl and add the vinegar and water and serve with mint leaves for taste
