- 2 – 4 cups of milk
- 3 tsps. of baking soda

How to prepare it:
- First, warm the milk.
- Pour the milk in a basin, add the baking soda and stir well the combination.
- Soak your feet in the combination and leave them like that for 10 minutes.
- After that, rinse them with some warm water and dry them with some clean towel.
- Apply some foot cream on your feet.
